1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TextBack Pro (textbackpro.cc) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TextBack Pro provides an automated service that sends personalized text messages when a real estate agent misses an inbound phone call. The service relies on call forwarding and third-party messaging infrastructure.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

  • We offer monthly subscription plans.
  • New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • All payments are processed through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws (including TCPA and telemarketing rules)
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including consent and opt-out requirements for text messaging.

7. Service Limitations

The service depends on third-party providers (including phone carriers and messaging platforms). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of every text message, or that every missed call will be captured. Call forwarding setup is the customer’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to TextBack Pro remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextBack Pro and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads, arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
